Operational Production Engineer (M/F/X) – Hands-On and Impactful

We are seeking an Operational Production Engineer who not only thinks but also takes action. You will be a key presence on the production floor: coordinating daily activities, solving technical challenges, and ensuring our production runs at its best.
What will you do?
As an Operational Production Engineer, you will be responsible for a broad and challenging range of tasks, including:
Daily coordination and supervision
Coordinate, manage, and follow up with internal and external technicians and the production team.
Ensure everyone knows their responsibilities and that tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain oversight, solve problems, and help the team move forward.
Production specialist
Become fully familiar with the operation of our cooking line.
Gain deep knowledge of the production processes and act as the main specialist on the shop floor.
Maintenance planning
Create and follow up on preventive maintenance schedules to avoid downtime.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with technicians.
Troubleshooting & continuous improvement
Quickly address production issues and work on long-term solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvements in production processes.
Implementation of an AI vision system
Play a key role in implementing an AI vision system for quality and process improvements.
Support the digitalization and automation of the production environment.
Process optimization
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.
Flexible working hours
Work in day shifts with flexibility until around 7:00 PM, depending on production needs and end-of-day cleaning.
