About the Client:

Our client is looking for an experienced Odoo Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to support ongoing Odoo implementation and optimisation projects. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business processes, provide functional advice, and translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions.

Experience within the logistics sector is a strong advantage.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will act as a key functional link between the business, Odoo users, external stakeholders, and technical teams.

You will be involved in analysing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, advising on Odoo solutions, and supporting implementation and optimisation activities.

Strong experience with Odoo Finance and CRM is essential, along with proven experience delivering Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meet with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements.
· Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
· Translate business requirements into practical Odoo functional solutions.
· Provide functional advice and recommendations on Odoo projects.
· Support Odoo implementation, configuration, testing and optimisation activities.
· Work closely with technical teams, developers and external Odoo partners.
· Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
· Support user acceptance testing, documentation and process improvements.
· Provide ongoing functional support across Odoo Finance, CRM and related modules.
· Occasionally travel to Denmark, approximately once per year.

Candidate Requirements:

· Strong professional experience as an Odoo Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Odoo Implementation Consultant.
· Proven hands-on experience with Odoo implementations.
· Strong functional knowledge of Odoo Finance / Accounting.
· Strong functional knowledge of Odoo CRM.
· Experience analysing and improving business processes.
· Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Fluent Dutch and English – written and spoken.
· Logistics / supply chain experience is a strong advantage.
· Able to work independently and provide practical functional advice.
· Available 3–4 days per week, including 2 days on-site in Antwerp.

Contract Details

Location: Antwerp, Belgium – 2 days on-site per week / remainder remote
Duration: 1 September 2026 – July 2027
Rate: Negotiable / dependent on experience
Working Pattern: 3–4 days per week
Travel: Occasional travel to Denmark (approximately once per year), with travel expenses fully covered
