Mission
Lead the NIS2 compliance transition across the organization, coordinating the migration of hundreds of applications and systems. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution to ensure full compliance readiness.
Core Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Own the full NIS2 roadmap, planning and delivery
- Manage budget, timeline, governance and reporting
- Define program priorities, dependencies and milestones
Migration & Execution
- Steer NIS2 remediation for 100s of applications / platforms
- Ensure implementation of policies, controls, processes
- Support teams hands-on when needed
Stakeholder & Communication
- Manage ±30–40 stakeholders across business + IT
- Lead and coach project managers / workstream owners
- Escalation management and risk mitigation
- Brief senior/executive leadership regularly
Compliance & Maturity
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and traceability
- Align with cybersecurity, legal, risk stakeholders
- Track and report progress toward NIS2 maturity targets
Required Experience
- 10+ years Program/Transition Management in enterprise environments
- Evidence of leading regulatory/compliance/cybersecurity programs
- Experience with NIS2, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
- Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-track migrations
- Capable of switching between strategic steering & operational detail
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder influence
