About the Role
For a fast-growing organisation with clients across Belgium, we are looking for a NIS2 / ISMS Consultant to support multiple customers with cybersecurity compliance and information security governance.
Due to strong market demand and regulatory pressure, the client is urgently strengthening their team and can move very fast in the hiring process. They are open to both medior and senior profiles, as long as the candidate is hands-on and client-facing.
This role focuses on NIS2 and ISMS implementations, guiding clients through compliance, maturity improvements and practical security governance.
Key Responsibilities
Support and lead NIS2 implementation projects for various clients
Design, implement and maintain ISMS frameworks
Work with ISO 27001 standards (implementation, audits, gap analyses)
Translate regulatory requirements into practical, workable security controls
Lead and facilitate client meetings and workshops
Provide training and awareness sessions to stakeholders
Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for customers
Support multiple clients in parallel, depending on needs
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with NIS2 and/or ISMS implementations
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001
Comfortable leading meetings with clients and stakeholders
Able to explain and teach security concepts clearly
Pragmatic mindset: compliance with real-world execution
Able to work independently with clients
👉 Medior profiles are welcome if they have solid hands-on experience.
