Network Support Engineer / Brussels Area / Freelance Contract
Roles:
-You are responsible for advanced incident management and give support on their services (modem, routers, switches, access points).
-You follow up the complex incident tickets
-You solve customer problems
-You supervise installations and replacement of equipment at the customer’s site
-On request of the customer you make changes in his configuration
-You work pro-actively to continuously improve the support team
-You take responsibility for internal projects such as product activation, process evolution
Requirements:
-You have knowledge of Cisco (CCNA), and routing protocols.
-Knowledge of DNS, DHCP
-Troubleshooting Experience
-Knowledge of open standards such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and related technology is an asset. (Bonus Skill)
-You are a real problem solver and like to learn
-Languages: English, French or Dutch
Details:
- Location: Zaventem ( Onsite/remote)
- Duration: 6 Months +
- Start Date: ASAP
