Our client is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help design, build, and maintain reliable, secure networks that keep their operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and deploying LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks
- Installing and configuring routers, switches, servers, and other gear
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues
- Keeping clear records of network usage and documenting procedures
- Supporting internal teams with network-related challenges
- Staying up to date with new tech and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working with Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, or similar
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- Associate-level certifications (e.g., Aruba ACA, Fortinet FCA, Cisco CCNA)
- Professional-level certifications are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
