Role Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work on modern web applications with a strong focus on .NET back-end development and Blazor front-end development. The preferred profile has a 60% front-end / 40% back-end split, with the ability to contribute across the full stack while maintaining a user-focused mindset.
You will collaborate closely with internal developers, analysts, and stakeholders in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using .NET
· Build and enhance front-end applications using Blazor
· Translate functional and technical requirements into high-quality solutions
· Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
· Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
· Work closely with business and IT teams to deliver reliable healthcare solutions
· Contribute to ongoing improvements of development standards and practices
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer
· Proven expertise in .NET (C#) for back-end development
· Hands-on experience with Blazor for front-end development
· Comfortable working with a 60/40 front-end vs back-end workload
· Experience with REST APIs and modern web architectures
· Solid understanding of software development best practices
· Ability to work autonomously in a freelance setup
