Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Lead and facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops for medium-to-large security engagements
- Own delivery execution: scope, requirements, milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Act as engagement lead on client-facing projects, ensuring delivery against business objectives
- Manage and mitigate risks by breaking down complex issues into actionable components
- Produce, review, and finalize high-quality project deliverables and client-facing documentation
- Present findings and deliverables to senior technical and executive stakeholders
- Guide delivery teams through challenges and ensure alignment with project lifecycle standards
Business Development & Pre-Sales
- Support client discovery and qualification discussions alongside sales partners
- Assist with engagement scoping, proposal development, and statement-of-work content
- Represent security service offerings during the sales cycle and client presentations
- Identify opportunities for cross-practice collaboration and expanded service delivery
Practice Development & Thought Leadership
- Maintain subject-matter expertise across multiple security domains or solutions
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and enhancement of security service offerings
- Act as a technology thought leader and internal evangelist
- Mentor junior consultants and support team capability growth
- Stay current on emerging security trends, technologies, and industry standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or IT security
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or senior delivery role
- Proven experience leading client engagements end-to-end (discovery through delivery)
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-aligned recommendations
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to solve complex, abstract problems
- Comfortable presenting to groups in both virtual and in-person settings
- At least two current professional or technical certifications aligned with enterprise security domains
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business-related), but not required
