Job Title: Medical Negligence Solicitor
Location: Devon, England
Start Date:Â Anytime between now and November 2025
Our Devon based client is now recruiting for a Locum Medical Negligence Solicitor to join them from the end of November (or earlier).
This role is a broad caseload of medical negligence files.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of medical negligence files from instruction to settlement.
- Prepare cases for litigation where required.
- Maintaining high standards throughout the contract.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Personal Injury (Claimant).
- ​​​​​​​Proven experience handling medical negligence cases from instruction to completion.
- ​​​​​​​Part-time, full-time or condensed hours available
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Able to attend our Devon office one day per week.
