Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Consultant to provide temporary cover during a maternity leave. This is an all-round marketing role focused on managing and executing marketing and communication campaigns in close collaboration with car importers and internal sales teams. The consultant will ensure campaigns align with both internal brand standards and importer guidelines across digital and traditional channels.

This is a 3-month assignment with a planned handover period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate marketing and communication campaigns with car importers (including Ford, Volvo, Renault).

  • Develop and execute campaigns for operational lease products sold to end customers (white-/wide-label products).

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal partnership and sales teams regarding marketing activities.

  • Coordinate the creation and rollout of digital and traditional marketing campaigns (online ads, print, communications).

  • Ensure all campaign materials comply with internal brand standards and importer communication guidelines.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, balancing priorities and timelines.

  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing through execution and follow-up.

Requirements

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an all-round marketing or marketing communications professional.

  • Strong experience with both digital marketing campaigns and traditional marketing communications.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, ideally in partnership-driven or B2B/B2C environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Essential

  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good working knowledge of English.

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

  • Availability to start mid-January, with flexibility for a 1–2 week handover.

Desirable

  • Experience working with automotive brands, importers, or mobility/leasing products.

  • Familiarity with white-label or co-branded marketing campaigns.

Additional Information

  • Contract Duration: 3 months (maternity leave cover).

  • Start Date: Ideally mid-January (handover before 1 February).

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days working from home.
