Maintenance Supervisor – Belgium (Process/Manufacturing Industry)

A well-established production site in Belgium is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership of maintenance operations at a clean, mid-sized manufacturing facility. The site operates continuous production and packaging processes in a light industrial environment, with a mix of internal technicians and external contractors.
This is a key role following the departure of the previous supervisor. You’ll be responsible for leading maintenance activities across the site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance activities across mechanical and electrical systems
Coordinate and supervise internal staff and external contractors
Manage the preventative and corrective maintenance schedule using CMMS (SAP or equivalent)
Support audits, shutdown planning, and minor project execution
Drive improvements in site reliability and maintenance efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in a supervisory maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing setting
Background can be mechanical or electrical – strong coordination and leadership are key
Exposure to international work environments is a plus – valued for broader insight and contractor network
Fluent in Dutch and English (French an advantage)
