Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:
- Divorce and Relationship Breakdown
- • Dissolution of Civil Partnerships
- • Children Matters
- • Financial Matters
- • Applications between Cohabitees
- • Judicial Separation
- • Separation Deeds
- • Pre-Nuptial Agreements
- • Living Together Agreements
Office presence: Open to 100% remote working, but ideally would like someone in once a week
Advocacy desirable, but not required
