Vivid Resourcing are working with a regional firm who are looking for a locum residential conveyancer to join their office in Central Wales.
The minimum office requirement is once a week, but feel free to attend more frequently if you wish.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Buying and selling properties
- Checking titles and undertaking searches
- Drafting the transfer deed
- Registration of title
- Completions
Contract length: 3-6 month rolling
Weekly hours: Full-time
