Vivid Resourcing are working with a full-service firm based in Lancashire/Greater Manchester who are looking for a locum Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
The reason for the vacancy is because the Director has just returned from an extended period of leave so there is a backlog of work that she needs help with.
It is a varied caseload of conveyancing matters including:
- Sales & purchases
- New matters
- Completions and more
The firm have their own post-completion team so you will deal with everything up until this point.
Office presence: Daily – scope for this to decrease as the contract progresses
Case management system: LEAP
Hours per week: 37
