Job Description

We are working with a Local Authority in Greater Manchester who are looking for a locum commercial property solicitor to join their team!

The role:

• Full-time
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hybrid working arrangement, with a bias towards working from home
• Rate: £55ph and upwards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have experience working in the public sector
• Will have experience working with tenants and leases
• Will be able to provide two employment references
• Will be able to attend the office on an irregular basis
