Vivid Resourcing are working with a well-established law firm in Hereford who are looking for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to support their commercial and agricultural property team on an initial 6-month contract.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:
Acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Development and property finance
Agricultural and rural land matters, including sales, purchases, tenancy advice, and easements
Advising a varied client base including farmers, landowners, and rural businesses
The ideal candidate will be:
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experienced in commercial property, with exposure to agricultural or rural property work
Confident and client-facing with strong technical skills
Weekly hours: Full-timeÂ
Office Presence: 2 days on site (Remote working available)Â
Contract length: Initial 6 months
