Litigation Solicitor

I am currently working with one of my local authority clients in the Midlands, who are looking for an experienced litigation Solicitor to come and join the team on an interim basis!

The role:
– 3 month initial contract with a view to extension. 
– 1 day per week for either court or office attendance.
– 25 hours per week. 

Requirements: 
– Must have a valid practising certificate. 
– Must have experience when it comes to public sector litigation including; Debt recovery, Judicial review, homelessness and property based litigation.
