Job Description

I am currently working with a Local authority based in Surrey who are looking for a Legal practice manager.

1. To be responsible for setting up and maintaining the case management and time recording system used by staff within Legal Services, input of new legal matters and production of reports to the Borough Solicitor, and developing the system as future requirements are established, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient operation of Legal Services administration, customer care, monitoring and case management.

2. To manage, supervise and direct the Local Land Charges team, including allocating work to them having regard to their capabilities, capacity and output, and to give guidance and assistance as appropriate.

1. To ensure appropriate systems are in place for the efficient operation of Legal Service’s professional posts and the Land Charges service.
