Lead Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of propulsion sets, generator sets, and pump systems.
Translate project requirements into complete, well-engineered solutions.
Perform and review engineering calculations (vibration, strength, heat transfer, etc.).
Select and validate mechanical components and materials.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external engineers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Supervise detailed design work and review production drawings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Proficiency with CAD Software (Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks)
Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
