Job Description
Due to continuous growth, our client is looking for a Junior Quality Controller to support the Quality team in ensuring high product and process standards within a food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on the shop floor to ensure products comply with quality, safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor production processes and report any non-conformities
- Support the implementation and follow-up of quality procedures and specifications
- Work regularly with customers, addressing quality-related questions or issues
- Assist with internal audits, documentation and quality records
- Collaborate closely with production, operations and quality teams
Profile Required
- Junior-level profile (recent graduate or first professional experience in quality, food science or a related field)
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail, structured approach and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working on the shop floor in a production environment
