Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Demolition)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8–9 hours per day
Overview
We are supporting a major industrial demolition project and are seeking a Junior Project Manager with hands-on experience to support site-based operations. This role will involve coordinating mechanical demolition activities across multiple work zones, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-planned execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate mechanical/demolition activities across approximately 60 work zones
- Develop detailed work plans and ensure execution aligns with project schedules
- Handle permit processes and ensure compliance with site requirements
- Attend and contribute to meetings with site management and work leads
- Support LMR (Last Minute Risk Assessments) and site safety practices
- Arrange logistics, including transport and site coordination
- Work closely with on-site teams in a hands-on capacity where required
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the Client & Steakholders
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, demolition, or heavy industrial environments
- Strong on-site experience with a hands-on approach
- Experience working on complex, multi-zone industrial projects
- Familiarity with permit systems and safety procedures
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Fluent Dutch (essential)
