About the Role

You’ll help companies automate workflows, streamline operations, and unlock actionable insights through innovative SaaS technology – while playing a key role in driving commercial growth.

 

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll own and manage the sales process end-to-end, working closely with Marketing and leadership to drive new business growth.

  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline, activities, and forecasts
  • Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve campaigns and positioning
  • Continuously refine your sales approach using data, feedback, and coaching

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Native-level Dutch and professional English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable owning targets
  • Interest in technology, SaaS solutions, and the Ghent tech ecosystem
  • Based in or near Ghent
