About the Role
You’ll help companies automate workflows, streamline operations, and unlock actionable insights through innovative SaaS technology – while playing a key role in driving commercial growth.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll own and manage the sales process end-to-end, working closely with Marketing and leadership to drive new business growth.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Own the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline, activities, and forecasts
- Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve campaigns and positioning
- Continuously refine your sales approach using data, feedback, and coaching
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Native-level Dutch and professional English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable owning targets
- Interest in technology, SaaS solutions, and the Ghent tech ecosystem
- Based in or near Ghent
