Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Programmer to join a long-term mission based in Limburg, Netherlands. This is a hybrid role offering 50% remote working.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing innovative automation prototypes, building scalable systems from concept through to proof-of-value, and collaborating closely with both technical and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop innovative prototypes for transport automation
• Build new systems from concept to proof-of-value
• Contribute to strategic capacity management initiatives
• Collaborate closely with technical and operational stakeholders
• Translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as a JavaScript Programmer
• Strong experience using the Node.js server platform
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework)
• Proven experience producing high-quality technical documentation (specifications, design documents, test descriptions, user manuals, etc.)
• Fluent in English
