Our client is a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, operating in a highly regulated and complex industrial environment. To support ongoing IT transformation and system upgrades, they are looking for a strong Freelance IT Project Manager who can take ownership and drive delivery across multiple parallel initiatives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a pragmatic and resourceful IT Project Manager with a hands-on mentality. This is not a purely theoretical or methodology-driven role — we are looking for someone with presence, confidence, and the ability to move projects forward in a demanding and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and multiple IT projects
- Manage Windows 11 system upgrades and infrastructure-related initiatives
- Oversee IT integration with industrial equipment
- Work closely with database environments (SQL required)
- Coordinate middleware-related activities and dependencies
- Good documentation skills
- Engage with IT, operational, and validation stakeholders
- Ensure compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Drive timelines, manage risks, and ensure high-quality delivery
Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
- Generalist profile with strong coordination skills
- Confident, solution-oriented, and able to take ownership
- Solid understanding of: Windows 11, SQL, Middleware, System Upgrades
- Strong documentation skills (English is mandatory)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is a strong plus
- Experience with PC7 is considered an asset
