About the Client:
Our client is a Industrial Machinery Manufacturer company in
Germany/Netherlands. The site produces air filtration systems 

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interim IT Project Manager to lead and manage the project team during a migration of MFG/Pro to ProAlpha, and ensuring seamless continuity of all business processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Take an active leading role to managing the IT project team.
• You will manage the team to organize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Lead ERP system migration following asset transfer from MFG/Pro to ProAlpha, leveraging existing ProAlpha environment.
• Ensure seamless continuity of all core business processes.
• Manage master data migration and required ERP localization.
• Finalize the commercial/sales side of the project (the MasterData has been integrated but the commercial side, e.g. sales, customer side, enter order, production info etc. still needs to be implemented) 
• Oversee system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Embed necessary forms and controls into the new system.
• Organize the Master Data Screening.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a food production environment 
• Good knowledge of food safety standards, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Languages: Dutch

Location: Remote/Hybrid, North Rhine–Westphalia (Germany) OR Noord-Brabant (Netherlands)
Duration: 4-6 months + possible extensions
Schedule: 16-24 hours per week
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate, depending on experience and qualifications
