About the Client:
Our client is an international food production company operating large-scale manufacturing facilities in Europe. The site produces a wide range of products, and operates under strict quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Interim Production Team Lead to temporarily supervise 2 shift teams of the production department. 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead a team of 20-30 operators during the morning and night shift (weekly rotating) 
• Lead and coach the production teams
• You will monitor quality and safety standards and performance on the work floor
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure production and packaging continuous smoothly
• You will ensure that production targets are consistently met

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in similar positions within the food production industry
• Good knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Languages: Dutch (English bonus)

Contract Details
Location: On-site East Flanders, Belgium
Duration: 6 months + possible extensions
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate, depending on experience and qualifications
