Role: Repairs Manager
Location: Leicester
Rate: £350-£400 per day (initial 5-month contract)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of response supervisors
Oversee the delivery of responsive repair works, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met
Work closely with scheduling teams to optimise workforce deployment
Drive customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally
Monitor on-site staff for compliance with health & safety, professional conduct, and workmanship standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in social housing repairs is essential
Strong background in managing maintenance and repair operations
Previous line management experience
Relevant trade-based qualifications
Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations
