Key Duties:
Lead day-to-day repairs operations
Manage internal teams and contractors
Ensure service standards and KPIs are met
Drive performance and customer satisfaction
Support compliance and health & safety
Requirements:
Strong background in housing repairs
Proven leadership and contractor management
