Responsible for leading and managing the organisations, internal DLO and Partnering Contractor, in delivering day to day repairs, voids, planned and major works and responsible for creating high performing teams.
Responsible for ensuring the DLO and partnering contractors deliver works on time, right first time, on budget, and importantly legal and regulatory compliance and Health and Safety.
Ensure that the homes are managed and maintained to the highest of quality standards and where a culture of customer service was of the highest priority in ensuring that residents tenants are highly satisfied with our service.
Responsible for managing KPIs, disrepair cases, complaints, business improvement, writing policies, procedures, and all other associated activities that are part of the role.
Experience in Social Housing, Repair and Maintenance and management of contractors is a must have.
