Interim QA Manager

Full-time – 5 days per week (70% remote)
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim QA Manager to support a growing production company based in Bruges, Belgium.
The Role
You will provide hands-on leadership and support across Quality Assurance activities within a production environment. The assignment focuses on strengthening and maintaining quality systems while supporting ongoing operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage QA activities within the production site
Maintain and improve HACCP and BRC standards
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations
Support audits and certification processes
Provide structured guidance to internal QA teams
Requirements
Proven experience as an Interim QA / Quality Manager
Strong knowledge of HACCP and BRC
Background in production / food manufacturing environments
Fluent in Dutch and English
Available for a 5-day per week commitment
Comfortable working in a hybrid model (approx. 70% remote)
