We are seeking an experienced Interim Maintenance Manager to provide cover during a period of change at a food production facility in the Flanders Region

- Start times: Flexible
- Remote working: Up to 2 days per week possible
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the site maintenance team
- Ensure maintenance activities support safe, efficient, and compliant food production operations
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with site leadership and production teams
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience managing site or plant maintenance teams, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work on-site with limited remote flexibility
