Private Equity backed IT business are looking for an interim Finance Director to support them through a period of change.
Main focuses of the role will be:
- Financial Process improvement, specifically around Financial Reporting
- System improvements/ upgrades
- Looking at their target operating model
- Potentially looking at the structure and staffing of the team
They require someone who has worked within a PE environment before, their ideal candidate would have worked in a Tech/IT space also to understand the business ASAP.
Outside IR35, £650-£850/day and 9 month (initial) contract. Interviews happening mid to late September for a start in October.
