Interim Demolition Project Manager/Project Coordinator

I’m currently looking for an Interim Demolition Project Manager for one of my clients in Scotland. The client is also ideally looking for someone to work a 50/50 split of remote working and site/office.

This role focuses on managing the client-side responsibilities of large-scale demolition projects, including coordinating surveys, overseeing safety processes, and acting as the contract administrator throughout delivery.

A background in engineering or building surveying, along with demolition project experience and experience within Asbestos essential.
