One of our Local Authority clients based in Surrey is looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months, with flexibility toward full time or part time work on £45 per hour (Outside IR35 considered).
Ideally you will:
- Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
- Based Locally to Surrey (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Have 3+ years experience within a residential, commercial, agricultural or corporate background.
Responsibilities include:
- Aspects of stock condition surveys.
- Schedule of Works (managing the contractor), Tendering, procurement and sight inspections will be required with this position.
