Interim Building Surveyor needed! £40 an hour – 6 months

I am working with a local authority in Lancashire to supply them with an interim building surveyor on a 6 month contract.

What you need:
Minimum 5 years building surveying experience
Experienced working on repairs and maintenance, M&E surveys and stock condition surveys is preferable
Local Authority or Housing Association experience is preferable, but not essential

What you’ll get:
£40 an hour inside IR35
Hybrid working
