Job Description

My Public Sector Client based in Cambridgeshire is currently looking for an interim Building/Repairs Surveyor who can be on-site 3 days per week. Approx. £35-40 p/h for the ideal candidate.

The ideal Candidate will have relative experience in:

• Reactive maintenance projects – Post inspections
• Void properties inspections and minimisation of void vacancy periods
• Residential experience – home visits required for site inspections
• Dilapidation’s
• Party Wall Matters
