Interim Building Safety Manager

We’re looking for a Building Safety Manager to lead on safety compliance across a varied residential property portfolio. In this role, you’ll ensure buildings meet current fire and building safety legislation, manage risk assessments, and maintain key safety records including Building Safety Cases and Digital Property Records. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and residents to support a proactive and transparent safety culture.

You should have a relevant qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, C08 Fire Risk Management) or demonstrable experience in building or fire safety. A solid understanding of managing compliance in a multi-site housing environment is essential.

This full-time role includes occasional out-of-hours standby duties and may involve travel. A valid driving licence is desirable. Flexible working options and development opportunities are available.
