Our client is a leading organization within the automotive industry, operating in a dynamic and technology-driven environment. They are currently undergoing infrastructure transformation and migration initiatives, requiring strong system administration expertise to ensure continuity, performance, and security of their IT landscape.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the organization’s information systems. You will play a key role in operational support, infrastructure maintenance, and migration activities, working closely with internal IT teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the overall availability, reliability, and performance of the IT infrastructure.
• Provide operational maintenance and support of existing technical systems (L2/L3 level).
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party providers to resolve incidents and improve system stability.
• Support business-driven application projects by delivering technical prerequisites (e.g., servers, configurations, connectivity, security setups).
• Contribute to the migration of IT systems from local infrastructure to the group IT environment.
• Enforce security, integrity, and compliance standards across the IT landscape.
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong experience in L2/L3 IT Support and System Administration.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory.
• Strong collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 1 day remote per week)
Duration: 12 months+
Rate: Market rate (negotiable based on experience)
