Vacancy: Allround IT Infra Engineer
Location: Amsterdam
Duration: 750 hours – with possible extension
Start date: ASAP
Work setup: Hybrid – 40 hours per week
We are looking for an Allround IT Engineer for one of our end clients in Amsterdam – someone with a broad technical skill set who can easily navigate between infrastructure, cloud, networking, and application integration. Not a deep specialist, but a hands-on generalist who understands both the technical and conceptual side of IT landscapes.
You’ll be tackling a variety of IT challenges: from solving SQL issues and supporting Microsoft 365 & Azure components to developing PowerApps and understanding API integrations.
Who are we looking for?
A generalist with broad knowledge, who:
- Is technically strong in the Microsoft Stack, Azure, Power Platform, and network infrastructure
- Understands how systems communicate: API integrations, data architecture, firewalls, bandwidth, etc.
- Is comfortable with scripting and hands-on technical work (PowerShell is a must)
- Sees the bigger picture and understands how different solutions connect
- Is not a hardcore programmer, but can build practical PowerApps and low-code solutions
- Contributes to the ongoing development of a future-proof digital ecosystem
Tech Environment
- Microsoft 365 / Azure / Teams / SharePoint
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Networking (routing/switching/firewall concepts)
- Scripting (PowerShell)
- API integrations / Data connections
- SQL (basic knowledge is sufficient)
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based applications
- Bonus: Experience or affinity with low-code platforms like Mendix
