Our client is a major player in the automotive industry, currently undergoing significant infrastructure transformation and application migration. They are seeking a freelance professional to support long-term migration activities across systems and environments.
Role Overview
As the Infrastructure and Application Migration Coordinator, you will manage and oversee all activities relating to migration projects, ensuring smooth execution, proper stakeholder alignment and successful technical delivery. The focus is primarily on IT infrastructure migrations, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities related to the migration of application environments.
- Ensure technical tasks are executed correctly, anticipating risks and application impacts.
- Validate and follow up on changes with business and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor infrastructure migration progress (servers, data centres, network components).
- Act as the central interface between application teams, infrastructure teams and suppliers.
Requirements (Qualifications / Skills & Experience)
Essential:
- Proven experience coordinating IT migration projects (infrastructure + applications).
- Strong technical understanding of networks, servers, virtualization, and general IT environments.
- Ability to liaise with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in an automotive or large enterprise environment.
- Experience with large-scale data centre migrations or cloud transition projects.

- Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 3 days remote per week)
- Contract Duration: Freelance – 12 months+
