Income Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* Collecting rent and monitoring income
* Proactively engaging with tenants to reduce arrears
* Processing account reconciliations and issuing refunds
* Handling account-related queries and coordinating with relevant departments

Working Arrangements:
* Hybrid position, working 2-3 days per week from the office in the North West
* No car required
* Friendly, supportive, and collaborative team environment

Pay & Flexibility:
* £23 per hour, with potential for negotiation depending on experience
