Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and coordinate HVAC projects within regulated industrial environments. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle for HVAC installations and upgrades, with a strong focus on compliance, quality, and coordination with multiple technical stakeholders.
The position requires regular on-site presence (approximately 3 days per week) and close collaboration with engineering, construction, and validation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC projects from design through execution, commissioning, and handover
Coordinate HVAC contractors, engineers, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Act as the main technical interface between HVAC, electrical, and process teams
Monitor site activities, progress, and quality of works
Support documentation, change control, and project reporting
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager
Strong background in pharmaceutical and/or chemical industries
Solid electrical HVAC knowledge (controls, power interfaces, coordination with electrical systems)
Experience working in regulated and GMP-driven environments
Strong on-site project coordination experience
Ability to work on site 3 days per week
Language Requirements
Dutch speaking preferred
English professional level required for documentation and coordination
Nice to Have
Experience with cleanrooms, utilities, or critical HVAC systems
Familiarity with validation and commissioning activities
Experience managing multiple stakeholders in large industrial sites
