About the Client:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the initial phase of a new HRIS implementation. This is a strategic role focused on requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and preparing the foundation for system selection and deployment. The project is time-sensitive, and a start before December is critical to avoid delays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Phase 1 of the HRIS implementation project, focusing on requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to define business needs and system requirements.
- Prepare documentation and analysis to support vendor selection (Workday, Cornerstone, or other).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Europe.
- Ensure project milestones are met and risks are proactively managed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience managing HRIS projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Experience with Workday or Cornerstone is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to be onsite 2 days every 2 weeks in Brussels and occasionally travel to other European officesÂ
