About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Housing Systems Consultant to champion the implementation and optimisation of key digital platforms within their Housing Service. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change at a pivotal moment, collaborating across teams and with external specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of housing systems, including MRI Customer Central, Agora, Self‑Appointed Repairs, and Mitel/Talkative
Work closely with internal teams and MRI consultants to ensure system integration and performance
Offer specialist knowledge on MRI and Orchard systems to assist in development and enhancements
Develop and deliver training sessions, along with user guides, to ensure effective staff adoption
Uphold data protection compliance and support high-quality service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrable experience with MRI and/or Orchard housing systems
Strong grasp of housing operations and digital transformation projects
Experience working within a local authority or housing association
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
Background in project support or project management, particularly within housing IT
