Role: Housing Options – Relief Officer (West Sussex)
Contract: [Agency – Full-Time]
Salary: [negotiable on experience]
Start Date: [13th April – 3 month contract]
On site: [2x days per week]
Systems: [Home Connections]
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist housing advice and support to individuals and families.
- Assess homelessness applications under the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
- Work collaboratively with landlords, support agencies, and partner organisations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in housing or local authority settings.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and homelessness prevention.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
