Location: Cumbria (5 days per week on-site)
Contract Length: 6 months (with possible extension)
Role: Housing Options Officer
Key Details:
- Provide housing advice and options in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act.
- Manage caseloads of homelessness applications and prevention duties.
- Work with partner agencies and landlords to secure housing solutions.
- Office based – 5x days a week on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housing Options Officer (local authority or similar).
- Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and housing law.
- Ability to manage complex cases and deliver positive outcomes for service users.
