About the Role:
Manage internal and external communal areas across allocated estates
Work with partners and support agencies to resolve ASB cases, including mediation where appropriate
Collect and record evidence of ASB, including witness and impact statements, and liaise with legal advisers
Carry out regular estate inspections, identifying hazards, communal repairs, and service failures
Action fire risk assessment recommendations promptly
Provide tenancy advice, guidance, and support to residents
