Housing Litigation Lawyer – East Midlands – Mainly Remote

Vivid Resourcing are working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are looking to bring a Housing Lawyer into their team on an part-time basis (around 21 hours per week).

You will be given the opportunity to work predominantly remotely (max once per month attendance), on an initial 3-6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension beyond this.

The ideal candidate would be able to start on the week commencing 2nd October and interviews are likely to be held next week.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Litigation Lawyer:

• Dealing with possessions and injunctions

• Handling a caseload of disrepair matters

• Handling a caseload from start to finish on all aspects of housing management

• Liaising with client department
