I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the Southeast of England who are currently on the market for some additional support within their civil litigation team in the shape of a housing Lawyer.
The desired candidate must have a valid UK practising certificate and have experience working on housing-based litigation matters.
The role:
- Hybrid working with attendance only required on court days which is normally a Thursday.
- 36 hours per week.
- Rate of pay varied depending on experience from £45-55ph.
- Start date is likely to be the week commencing 27/01/2025.
- 6-month initial contract with the view to extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a mixed caseload of ASB’s, Homelessness, Possessions, and injunctions. However, the client has indicated that having experience in 2 or more of the areas will also be considered.
- Must be familiar with running a caseload of 15+.
