- Diagnose, research and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
Skills
- 2+ Years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with the Microsoft stack
- ITSM tool knowledge
- Languages: Dutch and English
Details:
- Location: East-Flanders, Belgium.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Contract length: 3-6 months+
